Billboard magazine is doing a poll right now for the Best Song of the Past 10 years. This includes songs from Beyonce feat. Jay-Z, “Crazy In Love” (2003), Usher, “Confessions Part II” (2004), Mariah Carey, “We Belong Together” (2005), Nelly Furtado feat. Timbaland, “Promiscuous” (2006),
Rihanna feat. Jay-Z, “Umbrella” (2007), Katy Perry, “I Kissed A Girl” (2008), The Black Eyed Peas, “I Gotta Feeling” (2009), Katy Perry feat. Snoop Dogg, “California Gurls” (2010), LMFAO feat. Lauren Bennett & GoonRock, “Party Rock Anthem” (2011), and last years theme song Carly Rae Jepsen, “Call Me Maybe”.
Who will you vote for? We see that Beyonce is in the lead with Jay-Z for “Crazy In Love”. I am surprised that LMFAO and Carly Rae are not up there in the top 2. One of my favorite circuit themes is Mariah Carey “We Belong Together” which was actually one of the most played songs THIS year at NYC Pride as it brings great emotion and dance along with it!
