Las Vegas is giving every other city a run for their money this year with some of the largest gay events. We are not sure this one can be topped. Gay Days, our favorite party of the year which is held in Orlando during the first week of June is doing it big in Las Vegas this year. They will feature pool parties at the Tropicana host hotel and lots of eye candy from LA, Vegas, and all over the world. They come together during gay pride weekend which is the weekend after Labor Day weekend.
The weekend after Labor Day weekend is a big weekend all over and you would not expect it to be. Normally in any city you see lines outside the club on the 18 and up nights because they go back to school and every knows that summer is over! Gay Days is bringing their name to Las Vegas and remember that what happens there (and you could say the same about Orlando) um well stays there.
Kathy Griffin, Margaret Cho, and all the gay go-go dancers will be in town. What else do you need? There will be so many events and pool parties you will not be able to keep up. We may be riding all over town trying to make them all because there is SO much going on. We plan on lots of red bulls for sure.
Gay Days Las Vegas will feature a 18+ Expo open to the public at the Tropicana Las Vegas in the Cohiba Ballroom. This will be everyday starting Thursday from 11 AM to 6 PM ending on Sunday (closes at 4pm the final day).
Gay Days Las Vegas Opening Party at Bagatelle Nightclub starting Thursday, September 6th. Thursday night at 10pm you could also get 30% off Aces of Comedy at The Mirage with Margaret Cho. That would be a great night to relax and have some laughs with our favorite Korean American jokester.
One interesting suite party going on during Gay Days Vegas is the “Aspen In Vegas VIP Suite” at the Tropicana Hotel. The Aspen VIP Suite will be a “cool” experience with snow, Aspen trees, music, swag, drink sampling and more. You can enjoy this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 3 PM to 7 PM.

The pride parade route begins at West Charleston Blvd. and heads north along 4th Street to Ogden Avenue. Secure your spot where the action happens early. The main stage is at Bridger Avenue just two blocks south of the Fremont Street Experience
-10pm Krave Nightclub may be 18 and up?
-10pm Immediately after the parade, head over to the Jackie Gaughan Plaza, directly in front of the El Cortez Hotel & Casino for an exciting after party for all ages!
Saturday, September 8th
-12 Noon to 6pm – Gay Days Las Vegas Pool Party DJ Wayne G @ Tropicana Bagatelle Beach 21+
-12 Noon to 8pm – Pride Festival The Clark County Amphitheater features a beautiful outdoor main stage surrounded by soft, cool grass, plus a food court and convenient drink stations with 100+ exhibitors on site (admission is $15)
-10pm Aces of Comedy at The Mirage: Kathy Griffin

Sunday, September 9th

-10pm Gay Days Las Vegas Closing Party at Tropicana’s Bagatelle Nightclub DJ Pablo Caballos $20 advance and $30 at the door. Sundays are also known for Revolution Nightclub’s local gay party which is something to try out. Keep in mind that all Las Vegas clubs charge locals $20 so the $20 is actually not that expensive in this city! This is not Orlando.
If you wish to see the other pool party going on the PRIDE Closing Pool Party is at the Luxor September 9, 2012. Also the Blue Moon has a Men’s Pride T-Dance from 1pm to 7pm on the final party day of the weekend.
One of the events is at SHARE Nightclub. They celebrate Las Vegas Pride/Gay Days 2012 with the Official After-Festival Party presented by Jeffrey Sanker. The guy who brings you the fabulous White Party every year in Palm Springs. The Wet-n-Wild Party, Stripper Circus Pride Edition and Temptation Sundays Pool Party are some of their events featured.
SHARE nightclub events:
Saturday, doors open at 10pm with DJ Leonardo Glovibes spinning the hottest music downstairs and DJ Chi Chi LaRue dropping beats in the upstairs Dirty Den. Nearly naked Go-Go boys will be dancing all night and a surprise celebrity guest will make this PRIDE a night not to be missed! Stripper Circus Pride Edition never ceases to arouse patrons Friday Nights, and this circus, also DJ’d by Chi Chi LaRue, will have more booze and boys under the big top than Barnum and Bailey. Sept. 2nd and 9th check out SHARE at Temptation Sundays at the Luxor north pool from 1pm-7pm. Share continues to raise the bar for adult entertainment as Vegas’ only gay nightclub with a full strip club license; offering guests the opportunity to take any dancer/Share boy upstairs to the Ultra Lounge private VIP rooms for a more intimate and personal one-on-one “entertainment experience.” Come support the 29th Annual Pride Celebration Las Vegas style and SHARE in the hottest parties of the event!
