Each year the non-stop Masterbeat weekend has an epic countdown that is mind-blowing to see because it brings in so many heartfelt moments from the year. It also included a tribute to Masterbeat itself this year and the decade that just came to an end.

According to Masterbeat the video takes all year! They make notes of things and highlights to “remember” and then start working on it in November, several hours a day for weeks. “There can be over 700-800 clips in one of the typical countdowns, and finding each little half second clip in each show and movie takes forever. But it’s worth it!”

DJ and video mastermind Brett Henrichsen also made his final performance on New Year’s Day. We are hoping they release videos of that night and some of the other performances especially the “Celebration” opening of 2020 production that was one of the best we’ve ever seen!!
